A group of researchers from Stockholm University in Sweden suggests that water can appear in two different states that differ in their level of density.
The researchers took X-ray images of what happens to water as it gradually thaws, and discovered that the water molecules can arrange themselves in two different arrangements that exist side by side. One is relatively spacious – “low density”, in which the water molecules move relatively freely in space.
The second arrangement is “high density” – the water molecules are connected by chains that confine them. To explain the strange behavior of water, in a press release the researchers argue that water is not a complicated liquid, but two different types of simple liquids, only the relationships between these two types are complicated.
Such proposals, which talk about water of different densities, are relatively easy for the scientific community to accept, according to Prof. Wykov, because those high-density structures only appear on relatively small orders of magnitude.
In contrast, the one who has been challenging the scientific community in recent years with his models is Professor Gerald Polk of the University of Washington in Seattle, USA, who talks about much larger arrays of ordered and viscous water, which in certain situations even extend over orders of magnitude of a millimeter.
In studies he conducted in his laboratory in the late 1990s, he demonstrated how, in the vicinity of certain surfaces, a broad layer of water molecules gradually builds up, arranged in an organized manner, and it seems that in this process they also push aside all the dirt that had previously dissolved in the water. A video on his website clearly illustrates this process.
Prof. Pollack gave the clean layer of water the name Exclusion Zone, or “Exclusion Zone” in free translation, or Ez Water for short.
The water molecules are arranged in a complex and orderly network of hexagons that are close together, layer upon layer. When the water molecules are arranged in the dense network, there is no room between them for the dissolved molecules (“dirt”), which are pushed aside.
Prof. Polk points to another revolutionary idea. “We discovered that water has a fourth state of aggregation, beyond solid, liquid and vapor. This state of aggregation is ordered, electrically charged and built by electromagnetic waves that reach it, namely light.”
Initially, many dismissed this idea or at least ignored it in deafening silence. But in recent years, it seems that more and more groups of researchers are incorporating Prof. Polk's theory into their work and their explanations of the processes occurring deep within cells.
Prof. Polak also discovered another surprising property of the water layer known as EZ – it has a tendency to become negatively charged. As a result, the layer of regular water next to it becomes positively charged, creating an electrical voltage. In simple terms, the water layer known as EZ can act as a kind of internal battery in our cells. When Prof. Polak’s lab connected these two layers using two electrodes and an electrical wire connecting them, it turned out that the water functioned like a battery: the negative charges moved to the area charged with a positive electrical charge, thus generating an electrical current.
What's interesting about this battery is that it charges using light.
Exposure to light, especially at infrared frequencies, expands the EZ water layer,
Prof. Pollack claims that as more and more negative charges accumulate in it, these internal batteries can have a decisive impact on our health, and on our general feeling – how energetic we feel. In fact, Prof. Pollack suggests that our cells are full of such batteries and with their help “we take advantage of the electromagnetic energy and light that are always around.”
Endless rotation - Vortex
In the 1990s, Prof. Emilio Del Giudice (1940-2014) from the Italian National Institute for Nuclear Physics reached similar conclusions to those of Prof. Polak, but from a completely different direction.
As a theoretical physicist with a deep understanding of quantum mechanics, he tried to understand what happens to water molecules at the quantum level when an electrical force acts on their environment, that is, when they are exposed to photons – particles of light.
The equations led Del Guidice to the conclusion that such a force causes them to bind together and rotate at a coordinated rate. How exactly? Think of water as a collection of molecules that are constantly moving and rotating around themselves. In a crude abstraction, when an electrical force is applied to them, they respond to it and in a similar way – they begin to rotate around themselves at a uniform, coordinated rate. [
Later, when Prof. Del Guidice came across Pollack's articles on EZ water, he realized that both were actually talking about quite similar phenomena – regions of water that behave in a coordinated manner, mainly near certain surfaces. While away from the surface, for example in areas where the electric force can no longer have an effect, we see water molecules that behave differently, they are freer and more independent.
Prof. Del Guidice's conclusions are precisely those that brought Prof. Wykow into the picture.
Throughout his years as a biophysicist studying how electromagnetic fields affect biological tissues, he realized he couldn’t complete the puzzle without incorporating the effects of electromagnetic fields on the water in our cells. “I began to realize that in the biology department we study everything except the most important biological substance – water,” he says.
In an article he co-wrote with Prof. Del-Guidice and published in 2015 (after Del-Guidice passed away), they argued that the only way to explain many of the anomalous behaviors of water is to also consider the coordinated behaviors of water molecules .
To explain how widespread EZ water is in our cells, Prof. Wyckoff argues that liquid water is always surrounded by some kind of shell.
“It is impossible to imagine water that does not contain any boundaries, even a drop of water has some boundaries. And not only that, water is also the best solvent we know. So gases, salts and other molecules are dissolved in it, and each of these has its own boundaries and EZ water appears near them.
There is a dynamic and continuous transition between two states: EZ water is created and then destroyed and again created and destroyed. Life is this dynamic process of constant transition from chaos to order and vice versa.
According to him, diseases appear when this balance is disrupted, and one of the two conditions - the ordered EZ water, or alternatively the free and unorganized water - is overexpressed.
What do these EZpeople actually look likeon a physical level?
“Lots of vortices, some appearing side by side, others nested within each other. There is a lot of stability and dynamic force in this vortex structure.”

Scientific and health: This is how structured water proves its power to heal the body
Science is revealing that structured water is much more than ordinary drinking water. Recent studies around the world – and also experiments conducted in Israel on Shamim's "Sophia" system in collaboration with Dr. Shamim Sagiv – prove that structured water has a measurable impact on human health.
One of the main effects observed is the breakdown of the Rouleaux phenomenon – a condition in which red blood cells stick together and form "chains", which impairs blood flow, reduces oxygen supply to tissues and burdens the immune system. Experiments conducted with the Sophia system found that drinking structured water helps separate red blood cells , restore vitality to the body , and reduce measures of systemic inflammation .
🔬 What makes the structural waters of the Sophia system unique?
This water undergoes an energetic structuring process based on advanced physical principles—vortex, resonance, precious metals, and crystals—that simulate the way water moves in nature. The result: fourth-dimensional water ( EZ Water / H₃O₂ ) with a balanced electrical charge , higher absorption capacity, and support for the body's internal life flow.
🌍 Studies around the world that support the findings
Studies published in PubMed and NIH have shown that structural water affects enzyme activity, reduces cellular oxidation, and improves oxygen transport.
Laboratory experiments at universities in Japan, Germany, and the US have demonstrated improved cell function and decreased fatigue and inflammation indices after exposure to structured water.
The work of Professor Gerald Pollack of the University of Washington presented for the first time evidence for the existence of a fourth phase of water – EZ Water , water with an ordered internal structure that plays a central role in biological systems.
💖 Why is it important for our health?
When blood flows freely and blood cells are not sticky, the body functions at its best:
The immune system works effectively,
Accelerated metabolism,
Energy levels increase,
And natural healing processes occur more easily.
This is precisely the purpose of the Sophia of Heaven system — to restore to water the vitality, frequency, and balance that it lost in the piping and desalination processes, and to restore to the body its natural life force .
🌿 In conclusion
Structured water is not just a global trend – it is a scientific and cognitive revolution that connects quantum physics , frequency medicine , and the ancient wisdom of nature . In the system
